(*Rs 1000 will be charged as a penalty if found doing so)
2. If you order any item that isn't on the package menu, you will be charged extra.
3. Inside the pool, Children must always be accompanied by their parents.
4. Unique Farms is not liable for any mishaps or unfortunate events that occurred during the picnic period.
5. If the guests do any damage, they are responsible for it and must pay the associated charges.
6. Guests are responsible for their luggage, accessories, and valuables.
7. Unique Farms is not liable for any losses of valuables or goods of any kind.
8. The guest must submit Rs. 5000 -/- as a refundable security deposit for the usage of the pool table, table tennis, and carrom board at the time of check-in.
